Understanding the science behind the Draft Nutrient Rules

Last year the Collective asked BOPRC a lot of questions about the science behind the draft rules – this is a strategic priority for the Collective. Our questions focused on Overseer and the relative importance of nitrogen vs phosphorus. BOPRC and some of their key scientist advisors met with us last November and now we have an interim response which you can download here. BOPRC has invited us to meet again to clarify the current and any outstanding responses. We’ll keep you posted on our progress.
